Return Policy

We offer returns of the Trash Daddy Gold bin that meet the following criteria:

Customers have 14 days from the time of delivery and installation to contact us to initiate a potential return.
A restocking fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the return refund to account for pickup unless the return is due to an issue from Trash Daddy.
Item(s) must be like new and in resell-able condition. Customers are not permitted to ship bins back to us or return bins themselves due to network locations varying.
Received an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order.
Item arrived damaged.

Once approved, picked up, and processed, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 5-10 business days.
