Sign in to the Trash Daddy App

Once you’ve downloaded the Trash Daddy app, follow these steps to set up your account and get started as a verified Trash Pro:


  1. Sign Up as a Trash Daddy

    • Open the Trash Daddy app and click the "Become A Trash Daddy & Earn" button.

    • Fill out the required information during the sign-up process, including:

      • A valid government-issued ID.

      • Vehicle registration and proof of insurance.

      • A clear photo of your vehicle.

      • Any other required information to verify your account.

  2. Account Verification

    • After submitting your details, your account will be reviewed for verification.

    • Once approved, you’ll see a confirmation in the Verification Tab of the app, marked as "Approved."

    • When you’re approved, you’re ready to start working and accepting new jobs.


Scheduling Flexibility: Going Online for Opportunities

Trash Daddy offers complete flexibility to fit your schedule. Here’s how to manage your availability:


  1. Set Your Availability

    • Open the app and click the Home Tab.

    • At the top of the screen, toggle the "Online for Orders" switch to ON.

    • Once online, the app will immediately search for trash pickup opportunities nearest to your location.

  2. Adjusting Availability

    • Toggle the Online for Orders switch OFF when you need a break or are unavailable.

    • You can go online or offline at any time, giving you full control over your work schedule.


Understanding Order Notifications

When you’re online, the Trash Daddy app ensures you never miss an opportunity. Here's how order notifications work:


  1. Incoming Orders

    • When an order is available near you.

    • Orders are displayed on the home tab with important details, including:

      • Customer location.

      • Distance

      • Order size

      • Earnings

  2. Accepting or Declining Orders

    • Swipe right to accept an order. This will confirm the job and move it from your Home Tab to your Orders Tab.

    • If you’re unable to complete the order, you can decline it by selecting reject order.

  3. Navigating to the Job

    • Once you accept an order, go to the Orders Tab and tap on the address.

    • The app will provide GPS directions to the customer’s location.

    • Follow the instructions for trash pickup, and accept another job or move on to the dump site as you choose. 

  4. Managing Notifications

    • Ensure notifications are enabled in your device settings to avoid missing opportunities.

    • Regularly check the app while you’re online to stay updated on incoming jobs.
